Genuinely insane. Not to toot my own trumpet but this pud is bonkers. The miso adds such an amazing saltiness and depth to the sticky toffee. A dollop of cream really helps cut through the richness. Can’t stop eating this.

Ingredients

Plain Flour (Wheat), Baking Powder, Butter (Milk), Black Treacle, Eggs, Bi- carbonate Soda, Golden Syrup, Pitted Dates, White Miso, Light Brown Sugar, Cream (Milk), salt.
